we make all that easier

by creating outdoor trips for LGBTQ adventurists and their friends that make escaping the ordinary and breaking free from the everyday easier.

We get queer people outdoors, away from their crazy lives, to meet others, to bike, hike, climb, raft, kayak, ski, snowboard… or whatever other adventures we come up with all while working at the top levels of the outdoor industry to make getting outdoors safer, easier, and more welcoming.

LGBTQ+ Outdoor Equality

The Outdoor Equality Index (OEI) is designed to build a better, more inclusive outdoors for the LGBTQ+ community by creating transparency in how outdoor companies engage with our community.

Our Process

Starting summer 2020, annually we’ll survey outdoor companies on their LGBTQ+ engagement. We’ll analyze, compile, and publish our findings on the great things that are happening and where changes may be needed. We’ll provide each company resources to help enhance the areas they look to improve.

Get Involved

LGBTQ+ folx can provide feedback and nominate outdoor companies.

Outdoor companies, whether by nomination or volunteering, can take the equality index survey.
