Registration is easy. Book a room or purchase an event only registration. That’s it. You’re registered and can attend our welcome reception, aprés, Saturday after-party, and any other events. Proceed to step 2 to book your lift ticket, rentals and or lessons.
Lift, Lesson & Rental - Signup is now closed
It’s a weekend for everyone. Once you’ve completed step 1, select your sport(s). Come ski two days, take beginner lessons or join one of our organized non-ski days to try out x-country skiing or snowshoeing.
The journey is half the fun. Join a car pool or take the Stratton Jitney from NYC to meet others. Or come on your own!

9-11 pm | Reception
Join us at Black Bear’s Table 43.1 to check-in, receive your weekend passes, meet others, and get the fun started! (Cash Bar)
--- SATURDAY ---
Breakfast
Fuel up for the day, before meeting everyone on the slopes. All room reservations include Breakfast for guests at either Table 43.1 or the Stratton Market.
8:30 am|
Meet & Ski
sync up with those you met the night before or find new friends to hit the slopes with. We have meetups for each sport / activity, and even optional gear Demos to test out on the mountain. Meet Up at Mulligan’s Patio.
1pm | Lunch
Hungry yet? regroup over lunch if you like. Goat leads will claim some tables at the base lodge. grab some grub and join us. (lunch $ not included)
If that’s not your vibe Check out the Village Market, Village Pie, SnowFish Sushi and mulligans - event pass holders get great discounts.
3:15 pm | Pride-Ride & Skiesta
we don’t Aprés - we SKIESTA! After a pride-ride down the mountain, showing all your pride colors, we’ll converge for our GAy SkIEsTA at Mulligans - Free Beer by Sierra Nevada for Event Pass Holders! (Cash bar for other bevs)
7:30 pm| Dinner Meet Up
Looking To Dine with others? Join OUr dinner Meet up At Mulligans. Come as a group or individually. Find an empty seat. join friends. meet someone new. Seating starts at 7:30. (Dinner $ not included)
10 -12 am | 802 Party
well After-dark, Join us for another round at our private after hours pride party at Bar 802. We’ll turn up the beats and raise the roof! (cash bar).

7-8:30 am | breakfast
similar to the day before. Grab Breakfast prior to meeting at the base lodge.
9 am | Meet and ski
Again, we’ll have meetups for each sport/ activity, and optional gear Demos to test out on the mountain.
1 PM | Lunch - Base lodge
grab some lunch and join the group at the base lodge.
3:30 pm | aprés @ Grizzly’s
Bring the weekend to a close with a quick apres at the base lodge prior to heading home.
