Wed, Mar 18 | Arrive

On arrival at Lake Louise, GOATs will settle into the hotel and join others for a welcome reception at 9:00 pm to meet the group, divide into our 4 skill levels, receive tickets, a detailed itinerary, and an overview of the mountain.

Mar 19 - 21 | Ski / Board

Each day will begin in the lobby to review the day ahead and make any adjustments as needed. We’ll take a group photo once up at the mountain and reconnect with our skill groups before we head up the mountain.

We’ll lunch at a new spot each day to take in the views, grab a pint, and reconnect. Thursday and Saturday night we’ll dine together at local farm-to-table Canadian favorites. Friday night is a "free night" for you to make your own plans and explore the local area with new friends.

Sunday, Mar 22 | Depart

Sunday, our travel day, GOATs will swap numbers, give hugs and bid each other adieu as they head home.

Soaring mountain peaks and the dramatic Victoria Glacier frame the majestic Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise hotel, our home away from home. After a long day on the mountain and the short ride back to the hotel you’ll quickly settle in to the luxurious restaurants, bars, spa on the property.

Room Types: Room options include single king bed or two queen beds. A limited number of king bed are available.

Have or want a roommate? We are happy to arrange roommates if needed. During the booking process tell us about your roommate or roommate preferences and we will pair you with one.

Parking? Free parking is available should you elect to rent a vehicle.

Bookings have the option to pay in full, or pay in two installments. An initial payment of the non-refundable security deposit is due at booking if booked before February 1, 2020. All remaining balances must be paid in full by February 1, 2020.

Cancellations: This trip abides by our standard cancellation policy.

Cancellations before February 1, 2020 will forfeit the non-refundable security deposit. On or after February 1, 2020, cancelations will forfeit the entire payment. Any reservation not paid in full by February 1, 2020 will forfeit the reservation and the deposit. Cancellations must be emailed to [email protected].

For your protection, we strongly recommend our guests purchase trip cancellation insurance.

Lift Tickets – Each trip reservation comes with a 3-day lift ticket.

Need Lessons? – Banff is super friendly to beginners. Whether a newbie, looking for advanced classes, or wanting a backcountry guide, contact us directly. We can assist with making those reservations. Cost associated with lessons and other add-ons are not included in the trip.

Need Rentals? Equipment rentals are not included, but if you need them we can help with discounts. Contact us directly so we can steer you towards a local rental shop.
